Allen B. Bullis Sr, 78, of Hancock, NY, died on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at home, after an illness. He was born on May 25, 1946 in Hancock, NY, the son of Robert and Eleanor (LeRoy) Bullis. Allen married Eva Couse on January 29, 1966 in Hancock, NY.

Allen worked for 30+ years and retired from the NYSDOT. He was a member of the Cadosia Valley Hunting Club. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and bowling. He liked playing softball and corn hole, which he was very competitive at and hated to lose!

Surviving are his wife, Eva; 4 children: Allen Jr., Andrew (Tia Robinson), Robert (Missy) Bullis, and Becky (Walter) Williams; 10 grandchildren: Trisha, Mindie, Andie Rose, Berta, Austin, Taylor, Lizzy, Zack, Darren, and Jacob; and 10 great grandchildren. Al is also survived by 2 sisters, Joan Pritchard and Elaine Doyon; 1 brother, Benny Bullis; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by 5 siblings: Katherine Soules, Ruth Wormuth, Vicki Rogers, Robert Bullis Jr., and Eugene Bullis.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, January 20, 2025 from 1-3PM with a memorial service following at 3PM all at the Henderson-Biedekapp Funeral Chapel, Hancock, NY.
