Barbara J. Papp, 64, of Lakewood, PA, died on Friday, March 21, 2014 at home, surrounded by loved ones, after a short illness. She was born on June 15, 1949 in Scranton, PA, the daughter of Joseph and Mary (Feduck) Paduch. Barbara married Laszlo Papp on May 30, 1971 in NJ. She was a NASA Certified Aerospace Technician at Lockheed Martin in Princeton, NJ. Barbara was highly decorated in her career, receiving many honors and awards in her 17 years. Surviving are her husband, Laszlo, Lakewood, PA, mother, Mary, Lakewood, PA, 1 son, Stephen and wife Jennifer, Huntersville, NC, and 2 stepdaughters, Michelle Papp, East Rutherford, NJ, and Erika Hulley and family, Garfield, NJ. She is also survived by 1 sister, Mary Ann and husband Charlie Keefer, Holly Springs, NC, niece, Kathy Keefer and family, CO, and several other nieces, nephews, and cousins. Barbara was predeceased by her father, Joseph Sr., brother, Joseph Jr., and a nephew, Chip Keefer. Barbaras wishes were for cremation and there will be no services held. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Barbaras memory to the St. Peter & Pauls Russian Orthodox Church, in support of repairs and restoration, 2105 Belmont Tpke, Union Dale, PA 18470.
