Making sure the school busses moved through the intersections safely to and from school, as well as assuring the school kids made it safely across the streets. She went on to serve as the Village Clerk of Hancock, NY, for many years. She loved gardening and was a member of the Garden Club, and planned yearly December trips to Madison Square Gardens in NYC with the Seniors Club to see the Rockettes. After retiring, Beth loved to travel to see her children in Georgia, North Carolina, and Texas. She took many cruises with her beloved friend Gail Clippard (deceased) of South Carolina. Beth sold her home in New York and moved to South Carolina for a few years, then moved on to Tyler, Texas in 2012, settling in next to her daughter Laura; together they had eight years of mini road trips filled with lots of laughs and good food! She enjoyed cards, bingo, and flowers, and made friends where ever she went. She will be remembered and missed by so many.
