Clark I. Biedekapp, 64, of Hancock, NY, passed away on Sunday, January 31, 2021 at home. He was born on January 8, 1957 in Elmira, NY, the son of Wilbur I. and Sandra (Cable) Biedekapp. Clark worked at several places throughout his life including Endicott-Johnson Shoe Company, Riverview Cemetery, and part time for UPS during the busy holiday season, which he enjoyed. Clark was an avid sports fan no matter the kind- football, baseball, hockey, you name it, he enjoyed watching all sports and playing golf. He was definitely a talker and a kind hearted person. He loved visiting with people, no matter who they were. Surviving are his mother and step father, Sandra and Paul Bartholomew, step mother, Cynthia Biedekapp, 6 siblings, Mark (Donna) Biedekapp, Amanda (Kevin) Schmidli, Jessica (Rick) Vassallo, Debra Bartholomew, Justin Biedekapp, and Paul Bartholomew Jr., aunt, Elinor Budine, and several nieces and nephews. Clark was predeceased by his father, sister, Brenda Thurston, brother in law, Russell Thurston, and nephew, Joshua Biedekapp. Graveside services and burial will take place on Friday, April 30, 2021 at 1PM in Riverview Cemetery, Hancock.
