Darlene Rhodes Peake, 54, of Long Eddy, NY, passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2013 at Catskill Regional Medical Center in Callicoon, NY, surrounded by her family. Darlene was born April 17, 1958 to Ronald and Elizabeth Rhodes of Long Eddy, NY. Surviving are her parents, her husband, Patrick, sons Tyler Rake and girlfriend Allison Snyder; Cory Rake; brothers, Michael (Amy) Rhodes; Ronald Rhodes Jr., and William Gorham; sister Dolores Hauser; step-children Justin, Karin, and Hillary Peake; many step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. Darlene was predeceased by her first husband, Raymond Rake, and sisters, Catherine Miller and Mary Ricco.Visitation was held Friday, March 8, 2013 from 11AM to 12PM at Henderson-Biedekapp Funeral Chapel, Hancock, NY. A funeral service began at 12PM, also at the funeral home, followed by interment in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Long Eddy NY. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the Auxiliary of the Long Eddy Hose Co.
