Deborah Jean Burleson entered Heavens gates on Wednesday, August 21, 2019. Debbie was born on December 24, 1962 to Derwood C. Wormuth and Nancy Gorshack Wormuth. Debbie is now safe and secure with her Saviour. Debbie had a very kind heart and a compassionate spirit. As Ephesians 4:32 tells us "And be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving one another, just as God also forgave you in Christ". Her new mission takes her to a wonderful place where she will be socializing and dancing to her hearts content. Music, laughter and love is guaranteed. We will remember her smile and warmth as we know she passed with peace and grace. Deborah is survived by her mother, Nancy Gorshack and two daughters whom she loved unconditionally, Crystal Barrett and Sheila Wormuth, eight grandchildren, Connor, Lily, Isabella, Jayden, Antonio, Leah, Malena and Catalina, all whom she loved deeply. Debbie is also survived by three sisters, Marian, Darlene, and April where her memory will be forever in our heart. Debbie also is survived by her son-in-law, Stephen Barrett and brother-in-law, Kevin Ewain, five nephews, Kevin, Gabe {Lauren}, Patrick {Airin}, Larry, and Brandon along with two nieces, Bianca and Sierra. She will be missed by those that loved her. She was predeceased by her father and 2 brothers, Derwood and Brian. The family will receive friends on Monday, August 26, 2019 from 11AM-12PM with a funeral service following at 12PM all at the Henderson-Biedekapp Funeral Chapel in Hancock and the burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery in Hancock, NY.
