Deborah R. Irwin,57, of Hancock, died Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at Wilson Medical Center, Johnson City. She was born on February 17, 1956 in Callicoon, the daughter of Donald and Thelma (Coddington) LeRoy. Debbie married Paul Irwin. She loved to travel and loved visiting casinos.Surviving are her husband, Paul, special "Sister" Donna Buchanan, several brothers and sisters in law, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Calling hours will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2014 from 1-2 with a service following at 2 all at the Henderson-Biedekapp Funeral Chapel, Hancock. Rev. Dr. Roxy Moses will officiate and interment will be in the spring in Riverview Cemetery, Hancock. Donations can be made in Debbie's memory to the Hancock Rescue Squad or Fire Dept.
