Dewayne "Bucky" Milk, 80, passed away at Roscoe Community Nursing Home on April 23, 2015, due to a long time illness of Parkinson's Disease. Dewayne was born in 1934 to Lester and Flossie Milk, who have predeceased him. Dewayne, commonly known as "Bucky", was a hard worker for all his life. He spent his days haying fields and running his dairy farm until he retired in 1989. After that he worked for Peake Construction.Surviving are his loving wife of 62 years, Muriel (Swartwout), daughter Beth and husband Paul Johnson, son Edward Milk, son Scott and wife Ruby Milk, and daughter Dawn and husband Vern Buchanan, and many grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Bucky is also survived by 2 sisters, Gwen D'Agati and Shirley Fletcher, 1 brother, Gail Milk, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Stewart Milk. Visitation was held on April 26, 2015, followed by a service at Henderson-Biedekapp Funeral Chapel, Hancock.
