Edward D. Milk Sr., 67, of Hancock, NY, died on Monday, August 23, 2021 at home surrounded by his family after a short illness. He was born on July 30, 1954 in Hancock, NY, the son of Dewayne (Bucky) and Muriel (Swartwout) Milk. Ed was married to Betty Horton for over 30 years before she predeceased him on October 5, 2010. He worked over 20 years at the Larimer and Norton baseball bat factory in Hancock. Ed was a simple man that didnt need a lot to be happy. He enjoyed getting out and going for rides around the area. He also enjoyed fishing. Ed was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and brother. Surviving are 3 children, Heather Barker (Ted), Stephanie Kuehn (Ricky), and Edward Jr. (Tiffany Bolster), 5 grandchildren, Austin, Tanner, Tyler, Blaze, and Aiden, 3 siblings, Beth Johnson (Paul), Scott Milk (Ruby), and Dawn Buchanan (Vern), and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents. Calling hours will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2021 from 1PM-3PM with a funeral service following at 3PM all at the Henderson-Biedekapp Funeral Chapel, Hancock.
