Elise Marie Gutleber-Stuppiello, 48, of Pleasant Mount, PA, died suddenly on Thursday, April 3, 2025 at home. She was born on June 18, 1976 in Denville, NJ, the daughter of George and Kathleen (Wilder) Gutleber.

Elise loved her animals and had chickens, turkeys, and goats. She recently started raising ostriches and was planning to breed them. The animals were her life. She loved them with all her heart and they will miss her.

Surviving are her mother, Kathleen Simmons; fiance, John Whitmore; 3 children: Amber Palmieri, Christopher Cancel, and Margeaux Cancel; siblings: Renee Lupia, Aimee Rios, Nicole Coursen, Sabrina Sculley, and Georgie Gutleber; and many nieces and nephews. Elise was predeceased by her father, George Gutleber.

A celebration of Elise's life will be held at a later date in New Jersey.
