Ingrid Raili (Nyberg) Hower devoted mother, wife, sister, daughter, and teacher, 46, passed away suddenly on December 30, 2018. She was born on November 2nd, 1972 in Honesdale and was a longtime resident of the Lake Como Lakewood area and a life-time member of the Lake Como United Methodist Church. Ingrid was a graduate of Hancock Central School, Class of 91, and Kutztown University. She is survived by her loving daughter Raili, her husband Pete, her mother Joyce Nyberg, her sisters; Erika Nyberg, Karin Nyberg, and her brother-in law, Nathan Woodmansee. She is also survived by her father-in-law Charles "Buck" Hower, sisters-in-law Debbie Leonard and Kris Siebert and their respective spouses, Don and Dale. She also leaves behind many close cousins and friends in the community as well as her beloved students at the Susquehanna Community School District. She is predeceased by her father, the late Gustav Nyberg. Her passing has left a hole in the hearts of many. Calling hours will be held at Henderson-Biedekapp Funeral Chapel in Hancock on Saturday January 5th from 3:00 5:00 p.m. and from 7:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral/ Memorial services will be held at the Lake Como United Methodist Church on Sunday, January 6th, at 1:00 p.m. Immediately after, a luncheon for all attendees will be held at the Northern Wayne Fire Hall.
