Jessie Ann Chapman, 64, of Hancock, NY, died on Sunday, October 31, 2021 at the home of her son and daughter in law. She was born on June 18, 1957 in Walton, NY, the daughter of Jesse and Juanita (Monk) Mason. Jessie married Leonard H. Chapman on November 22, 1975 in Hancock, NY. She worked in the cafeteria at Hancock Central School for many years and she enjoyed caring for people that had developmental disabilities. Surviving are her husband, Leonard, 2 children, Brandy Chapman, and Leonard (Megan) Chapman, 7 grandchildren, Tyler, Austin, Shailyn, Jacob, Sauyer, Liam, and Liah. She is also survived by 3 siblings, Bonnie, Peter, and Joseph Mason, many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews. Jessie was predeceased by her parents and her sister, Diana Bojo. Calling hours will be held on Friday, November 5, 2021 from 11AM-1PM followed by a memorial service at 1PM all at the Henderson-Biedekapp Funeral Chapel, Hancock. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, Hancock, NY.
