Joan E.Lilly, 68, of East Branch passed away on Tuesday, July 16, 2013. She was born on April 24, 1945 in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Joan was a beloved wife and Mom and she will be sadly missed.Surviving are her husband, Robert, and 2 daughters, Michelle and her husband Anthony Giordano, and Julie and her husband Ken Warr. She was predeceased by a sister, Elizabeth Wilson.There will be no services.
