Joseph Daniel Giordano of Preston Park, PA, passed away unexpectedly on the morning of April 10, 2019. Joe was born October 10, 1969 to Joseph and RoseMarie Giordano of Skillman, NJ. He graduated from Montgomery High School in 1988. Joe has been a dedicated employee of Camp Wayne for Boys for over two decades, taking over as caretaker early in his career. Joe was devoted to his work and will be sorely missed by friends local, national, and abroad. Joe was known for being a gifted carpenter, always lending a hand, and being an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting deer, riding four-wheelers, and snowmobiling, however, there was nothing he loved more than fishing. Joe was at home whether he was in a row boat on Lower Twin Lake, teaching his grandchildren to fish on his best friend's pond, fishing the West Branch of the Delaware River with his buddies, or taking his annual trip Oswego, NY to salmon fish with his father, cousins, uncles, and his Pop-Pop. Joe is survived by his parents, Joseph and RoseMarie, sisters, Dawn Huxley and Heather Klemens (Bill), brother Ryan Giordano (Aileen), three nieces and a nephew. He is also survived by his three stepchildren Cara Kulikowski (Nate), Stephen Holland, and Jennifer Mech (David), and grandchildren Conner Mack, Logan and Emilia Kulikowski, and Olivia and Evan Mech. He was predeceased by his wife, Cindy S. Giordano. Friends and family are invited to calling hours Sunday, April 14, 2019 from 11AM-12:45PM with a brief service following at 12:45PM, all at the Henderson-Biedekapp Funeral Chapel, Hancock. Interment will be in Lake Como Cemetery, Lake Como, PA. Please join his family in celebration of his life at the Northern Wayne Fire Hall in Lakewood, PA directly after the service.
