Katherine (Katie) Laura Soules, 79, of Hancock passed on away on June 7, 2020 at Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton, NY. She was born on April 15, 1941 in Long Eddy, NY to Robert and Eleanor Bullis. Katie married her husband Emmett Soules and together they had seven children. She was a dedicated homemaker who enjoyed baking, reading and all things Elvis. Katie had a great sense of humor and a laugh that was contagious to all around her. She loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren immensely . Surviving are her children, Laura (Stanley) Burdyn, Robert (Sarah) Soules, Carol (Mark) McGraw, Valerie Soules (Andy), Steven Soules, Eleanor Soules and Jeff (Shannon) Soules, siblings Elaine Doyon, Joan Pritchard, Ben Bullis, Gene Bullis and Allen Bullis, Sr., many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Emmett, sisters Ruth Wormuth, Vicki Rogers and Robin Bullis, brother Bobby Jr. and her grandson Mark McGraw, Jr. A private service will be held at a later date.
