Kathy Grigoli, 42, of Windsor, NY, passed away on April 30, 2023, surrounded by her loving family, following a long and courageous battle with cancer.

Kathy was born on September 4, 1980, to Katica and Vjekoslav Brkaric in Astoria, NY. In her childhood, Kathy was an adorable, energetic, red-haired spitfire. After graduating from Hancock Central School, she went on to study Dental Hygiene in Binghamton, NY. As well as working in the Dental Field, she worked alongside her husband at Little Italy II, in Hancock, NY.

Kathy was fearless and independent, yet sensitive and incredibly compassionate. Her strength undoubtedly helped her deal with life's challenges. She was a strong fighter, with the biggest heart and most beautiful smile. Even on the toughest days, she was a warrior and an inspiration to the many lives she touched. One of the biggest passions in her life was her family. Everything she did for them, she did with her whole heart.

She is survived by her loving husband, Andrew; beautiful son, Matteo; father, Vjekoslav Brkaric; mother, Katica Brkaric; brother, Ivan Brkaric; mother-in-law, Pia Grigoli; father-in-law, Francesco Grigoli; as well as brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces, best friends, and beloved dog Chupa.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 5, 2023 from 4-7PM at the Henderson-Biedekapp Funeral Chapel, Hancock. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, May 6, 2023 at 10:30AM at St. Paul's Church, Hancock, NY. Interment will follow in St. Paul's Cemetery, Hancock.
