Loie Patricia Knight went to be with her Lord on December 29, 2020. She was 95 years old. Loie dedicated her life to serve God as a teenager. She completed studies to be a registered nurse in 1953. She was then sent to France through Baptist Mid Missions to spend a year learning the language. She then embarked a lifetime of service to the people of the Central African Republic. Loie was predeceased by her parents Howard and Emma Knight, her brothers Richard and Myron and her sister June. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. Loie was a prodigious writer and kept in contact with many friends in the mission field as well as family. She was known by many and will be missed by us all. Burial will be in Stockport Cemetery, Stockport, PA, at a later date. Arrangements by Henderson-Biedekapp Funeral Chapel, Hancock.
