Lucy Louise Hecker, age 94 of Hancock, NY formerly of Glendale, NY, died peacefully on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at Willowpoint Nursing Home, Vestal, NY. She was born in Brooklyn, NY on April 6, 1924, the daughter of Conrad Schmalenberger and Margaret Blackla. She is survived by her daughter Joyce (Vincent) Bilello of Hancock; grandchildren, Emma Anne Bilello and Lauren Beth Bilello. Lucy was preceded in death by her parents, Conrad and Margaret and two Brothers, Walter and John Schmalenberger. Lucy had a passion for her two granddaughters.
