Martine Louise Dufton, born February 9th, 1981, daughter of Stacey and Raymond Costello and Don A. and Carla Newman, gained her angel wings on January 3, 2023. Martine was a caring and loving person who was passionate about living life to the fullest with her family and friends. One of her favorite activities was floating on the Delaware River on any warm day, even in December. Martine loved to sing and dance. Most days you would find her singing and dancing wherever she was. Martine was a waitress at the Circle E Diner for 22 years. She made many friends in those 22 years and could recall what someone ate just by seeing them. One of her most significant accomplishments in life was her children, Coby and Jailee Farr. The love she had for her children was larger than life. One of her greatest joys was not only being a wonderful mother to her own children, but to all of the children that came into her life. Mama Fart will be missed. Martine fought cancer and battled courageously to the end. She was a bright light in this world and she will continue to be a bright light, shining in our hearts forever. Surviving are her 2 children, Coby and Jailee; bonus son, Branden Dirig; parents, Stacey and Ray and Art and Carla; 1 sister, Britni (Wayne) Dufton; 4 brothers: Devin Dufton, Nicholas and Daniel (Sam) Costello, and Adam (Wynter) Newman; nieces and nephews: Mettea, Ramey, Jaiara, Dawson, Ledger, Case, Andyn, and Cody; aunts and uncles: Linda and Theron Evanitsky, Bob and Dee Possemato, Vicki MacDowall, Robin Chirico, Steve and Jenny Dufton, Ed and Anita Newman, Cindy and Buddy Coe, Chris and Missi Newman, Todd Jacobs, Beth and Tom Hanna, Laneta Newman, special aunt, Anita Newman and Doreen Cantalino; and many many cousins and friends. Martine is also survived by " The Inner Circle": Erica MacDowall, Danielle McDowell, Kristin Baudendistel, Melinda McElroy, Jessica Thomson, Katie Steinruck, Amber Martin, Jodie Smith, Priscilla Schneider, Melinda MacRabie, and Rachel DElia- the best of friends that any girl could ask for. Martine was predeceased by the father of her children, Chad Farr; sister, Tina Costello; maternal grandparents, Floyd and Jean Dufton; paternal grandparents, Don and Thea Newman; grandparents, Ray and Jean Costello; 6 uncles: Carl Morgan, Turk Chirico, Jack MacDowall, and Dave, Michael, and Tom Newman; and 2 aunts, Heidi Morgan and Kate Jacobs. A celebration of Martines life will be held on Sunday, January 15, 2023, with visitation from 1PM-5PM and a service following at 5PM all at the Henderson-Biedekapp Funeral Chapel, Hancock.
