Mary (Fudali) Mack, "Nan" and "Mancia", 91, of Hancock, passed away Tuesday December 15, 2020. She was born on July 27, 1929 in Mary D, PA to Michael and Anielia (Zabawa) Fudali.
She is survived by her daughter, Cynthia Gill, grandson, Gregory and wife Jennifer Gill, granddaughter, Kristen and husband Josh Rice, great-granddaughters, Kaylee and Payten Gill, and Madilynn Gustin, great-grandsons, Trenten Gill and Lincoln Rice, sister-in-law, Arlene Mack and Doris Fudali, many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 59 years Edmond "Coach" Mack, son-in-law, Roger Gill, parents, Michael and Anielia (Zabawa) Fudali, brothers, Al, Edward, and John Fudali, and sisters, Blanche Savitsky, Helen Zukasky, and Josephine Drapala.
Mary has touched the lives of everyone that she has crossed paths with, leaving them all with at least one memory and making everyone feel like family. Mary was a hairdresser and for many years owned and operated her own business "Marys Beauty Salon" before going to work for others. In her early years, Mary was a member of the Business and Professional Womens Foundation of New York State and attended many annual and national conventions. Mary was also a member of the womens bowling and golf league. Mary enjoyed attending bingo every week and having coffee with her friends at McDonalds. She was a communicant of St. Pauls Roman Catholic Church, where she was also a member of the Catholic Daughters. She loved nothing more than spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and seeing them smile.
The funeral mass will be held on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at 9 AM at St. Pauls Roman Catholic Church, Hancock, NY. Due to COVID-19, there will be no calling hours and the funeral mass will be for immediate family members only. The mass can be viewed live via St. Paul the Apostle Church's Facebook page. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
