Mary P. Morgan, 79, of Hancock, died on Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at Wilson Medical Center, Johnson City, NY. She was born on October 3, 1934 in Cadosia, the daughter of Cosimo and Gabriella Possemato. Mary married Harold Morgan on December 6, 1952 in Hancock. She was a member of St. Paul the Apostle Roman Catholic Church in Hancock, where she was a Catholic Daughter. Mary was a wonderful baker, enjoyed bingo, and loved taking trips with Harold to Niagra Falls and to the casino in Monticello. She was a wonderful mother and "Nonnie". Surviving are her husband of 61 years, Harold, 3 children, Patricia and husband Edward Rosas, Vanessa Fitzgerald, and Harold Morgan III, 6 grandchildren, Maria, Laura, Erica, Taylor, Justin, and Amy, and several great grandchildren. She is also survived by 1 sister, Elizabeth Couse, and many nieces and nephews. Mary was predeceased by 1 brother, Nicholas Possemato, and 3 sisters, Anna Harper, Dorothy Simpson, and Louise Long. Calling hours will be held on Monday, April 7, 2014 from 6-9PM at the Henderson-Biedekapp Funeral Chapel, Hancock. There will be a funeral mass on Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at 10:30AM at St. Pauls Church, Hancock. Burial will follow in St. Pauls Cemetery, Hancock.
