Mary A. Neer, 86, of Hancock, died peacefully on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Roscoe Nursing Home. She was born on April 23, 1928 in Johnson City, the daughter of James and Florence (Diltz) Neer. Mary worked as an Inspector at Collette Manufacturing, a football factory in Hancock. She was a member of the Emory United Methodist Church. Surviving are a cousin, William and wife Jane Neer, and special lifelong friends, Paul and Sandra Bartholomew and their family, Brenda Biedekapp Thurston, Mark Biedekapp, Clark Biedekapp, Deb Bartholomew and Paul Bartholomew Jr. Burial will take place in Riverview Cemetery, Hancock.Donations can be made in Mary's memory to the Emory United Methodist Church, 105 E.
