Maureen R. Muller, 73, of Hancock, NY, died on Monday, November 30, 2020 at Guthrie Cortland Medical Center, Cortland, NY, after an illness. She was born on January 5, 1947 in Brooklyn, NY, the daughter of Clifford and Mary Bengston. Maureen married Richard A. Muller on May 10, 1986 and he predeceased her on March 31, 2016. She was employed with Bankers Trust for over 25 years. Maureen enjoyed puzzles and gardening and she loved to travel with her husband. Surviving are her daughter, Noreen Pedersen, step daughter, Debbie Russell, 4 brothers, Robert (Joanne) Bengston, Jimmy (Theresa) Bengston, John (Emilia) Bengston, and Brian (Raquel) Bengston, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents and a brother, Clifford Bengston. Burial took place in St. Patricks Cemetery, Long Eddy, NY. A celebration of Maureens life will be held at a later date.
