Nellie Crompton, 81, of Lakewood, PA, died on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at Wayne Memorial Hospital. She was born on December 28, 1942 in Sullivan Co., NY, the daughter to Richard and Bertha Squires.

Nellie was married to Robert Crompton for 53 before he predeceased her on June 23, 2015. She enjoyed gardening and berry picking. She loved helping Robert do farm work.

Surviving are her niece, Vicki Kapschar and companion, Charles Brown; and many nieces and nephews. Nellie was predeceased by 2 sons, John and Robert; brothers and sisters: Charlotte Squires, Eleanor Kapschar, Emogina Bolster, Jennie Travis, Laura Squires, and Raymond, Donald, Alfred and Francis Squires; and nephew, Michael Kapschar.

Per Nellie's request, there will be no services.
