Patricia Morgan-Rosas died unexpectedly on Friday February 5th, 2021 in La Paz Mexico. Patricia was born July 1st, 1961 in Hancock, NY, she was the daughter of Harold K. and Mary Morgan who predeceased her. Patty spent most of her youth in Columbia, South Carolina before returning to Hancock after High School. She was a graduate of SUNY Broome and employed with Delaware County as a paralegal until her retirement in 2016. She assumed many duties with the County foremost of which was as a Social Security and Disability hearing representative. Patty's passion was to help others in any capacity required. Patty was married to Edward Rosas on June 18th, 1994 and is survived by her husband and her daughter Maria Rosas as well as step-daughters Laura (Wyatt) Jacobs and Erica (Shane) Rosas and four grandchildren; Gabriella, Myla, Stella, and Tristan. Additionally, Patty is survived by numerous cousins of the Morgan and Possemato Families. Patty was a loving wife and mother, a member of St Paul's Roman Catholic Church. She was active in the community serving on the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Village of Hancock. She had been active with political parties and Catholic Daughters to name a few. Patty loved her extended family and relatives. She loved her dogs, Petunia, Leo and Bernie. Patty enjoyed talking/arguing politics with her friends. She loved pizza, red wine and going to the beach. Words cannot describe how much she will be missed. A private family service was held at her residence with a celebration of her life to follow once covid protocols are relaxed.
