Paul William Herzog, 63, of Hancock, NY, died on Thursday, October 11, 2018 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born on April 11, 1955 in Hancock, the son of Paul Herzog and Velma Whitmore. Paul was a member of the Hancock Fire Department. He was a jack of all trades who had a heart of gold and would help anyone. Surviving are his longtime partner, Lori Reigles and her 2 children, Stacy and husband Erik Hendrickson, and Nathan Reigles, and 5 grandchildren. He is also survived by his mother, Velma Baldwin, 7 siblings, Josey Herzog and husband Dave, Steve Whitmore and wife Mary Lou, Everett and wife Cindy Baldwin, Sidney Jr. and wife Karen Baldwin, Janet Mcdonald, Shelly Ronk, and Bonita and husband Randy Stanton, and many nieces and nephews. Paul was predeceased by a sister, June Gorton, his father, Paul Herzog, and his stepfather, Sidney Baldwin Sr. Calling hours will be held on Saturday, October 20, 2018 from 11AM-1PM followed by a memorial service at 1PM all to be held at the Henderson-Biedekapp Funeral Chapel, Hancock.
