Robert E. Crompton, Jr., 73, of Lakewood, PA, died on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at Julia Ribaudo Extended Care Center, Lake Ariel, PA. He was born on August 11, 1941 in Lakewood, PA, the son of Robert E. Sr. and Eldra (Dodson) Crompton. Bob loved working, especially farm work, but in his free time he enjoyed relaxation. He also loved his special dog, Chloe. Surviving are his wife of 53 years, Nellie (Squires), 1 son, John, 1 nephew, Michael Kapschar, and 1 niece, Vicki Kapschar. He is also survived by 1 sister, Mildred, 1 brother, Russell, and several nieces and nephews. Bob was predeceased by a son, Robert, and a sister, Dorothy. A visitation will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2015 from 12-1 with a service following at 1PM all at the Henderson-Biedekapp Funeral Chapel, Hancock.
