Viola P. Mallery, 95, formerly of Walton, died on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at Vestal Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Home. She was born on April 17, 1921 in Masonville, NY, the daughter of Earl and Maud (Dewey) Milward. She married Clifford R. Mallery on August 28, 1951 in Sherman, PA, and he predeceased her in 1968.Surviving are her children, Helen and husband Bruce Begeal, Wayne and wife Mary Ann Jones, Russell and wife Elizabeth Mallery, Marion and husband Robert Neale, Neva Rutherford, Alnetta Knapp, Elizabeth and husband Jim Depuysselier, and James Mallery, 31 grandchildren, 60 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by two sons, Donald Mallery and Arthur Mallery, and daughter, Joyce Harrington.Viola enjoyed spending her last few years crocheting, doing crossword puzzles, and reminiscing with family.A graveside service will be held at the convenience of her family.
